Yoga Classes and Programs.
Pat teaches a variety of group and individually-tailored classes and programs that appeal to novices and experienced yoga students alike. The quotes provided by her students are a testimony to Pat’s professionalism, expertise, and unique teaching style which should help you make a decision about taking her classes. She currently offers 12 classes for all ages and both genders (yoga for adults, kids, and seniors). In addition, Pat offers specialized yoga programs for smokers wanting to quit smoking, for weight-challenged kids, for people who don’t know how to relax, for those with limited movement, and for those in need of release from depression. Each class and/or program is described in outline form to give you a complete picture of what the course or program has to offer, the topics covered, its benefits, who can take the class, etc.
In addition, Pat has provided informative and interesting tidbits of information on yoga philosophy; various yoga Sankskrit terms, their meanings and translations; a visual demonstration of some of the yoga asanas and their benefits, and more. She also invites you to get a “taste” of what the meditation experience is like in just 10 minutes, with several meditation samples to choose from for this purpose. And, if you want to know if you are a candidate for the Yoga for Stress Reduction and Deep Relaxation and/or Yoga for Depression, you are invited to complete a brief checklist on your current physical, mental and emotional state of being in the privacy of your own home to help you make this determination.
