In addition, this class will help you manage the daily barrage of tragic news on war and terrorism. It is normal if you are feeling anxious, tense, angry, upset, or helpless. These are common reactions to news any kind of tragic event.

The topics that will be covered in this workshop are listed below. Handouts of additional information (e.g., questionnaires, lists of coping techniques, time management analyses, list of stress-reducing yoga postures, relaxation and meditation techniques, etc.), concerning the topics will be provided.
