Yoga for Stress Reduction and Relaxation*

This class is unique in that it will cover both the physical as well mental exercises that will help you reduce your stress level and provide deep relaxation. It is perfect for those with heart problems and for the people who love them. Experience the power of the mind-body connection; invite someone you love to attend this self-healing workshop with you.

The Yoga for Stress Reduction and Deep Relaxation will enable you to cope with job, family and relationship stress. In addition, this class will help you manage the daily barrage of tragic news on war and terrorism. It is normal if you are feeling anxious, tense, angry, upset, or helpless. These are common reactions to news any kind of tragic event.

Stress is manifested in many different ways, some of which are listed below:
